Produced from selected grapes coming from the four estates of the Zingarelli family, it represents the synthesis of the distinctive terroirs of Roca delle Macie. After a careful fermentation, it refines for over two years in the cellars. A wine suitable for any combination, fantastic with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
