Lehmann's Pickled Mushrooms

Since 1900. Legend has it the founders of Lehmann Farms once hobnobbed with Ma Barker, Baby Face Nelson and Dillinger. But you didn't hear it from us. At the end of the 19th century, Lehmann Farms began by cultivating mushrooms in the historic Wabasha Caves in St Paul Minnesota. While we can neither confirm nor deny the rumors, some say the Lehmann family ran a popular speakeasy in the caves attracting well-known gangsters and entertainers. While quite a bit has changed since our early days (today we avoid gangsters whenever possible), one thing remains the same: our commitment to rewarding discerning tastes with the finest in gourmet foods, hand-selected from around the world. We're proud to share our spirited heritage and tradition of excellence with you. And if you happen to visit the caves where it all began, the speakeasy password is Reward Yourself.
